Players may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are honoured in accordance with bk11's Responsible Gaming Policy and, once activated, cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has elapsed.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than verified misconduct, any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player using a verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
